Tennesse Football Bag Policy

Neyland Stadium, home of the Tennessee Volunteers in Knoxville, Tennessee, operates with a clear bag policy to enhance security and streamline entry into the stadium. The Neyland Stadium bag policy limits fans to one clear plastic bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person. Fans will also be allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″. Wallets must also conform to this size requirement. No other bags will be allowed inside Neyland Stadium, also known as “The Rock.”

The clear bag policy at Neyland Stadium is designed to improve security and expedite entry into the stadium. Fans are allowed to bring the following:

Please note that all items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates. No items can be left or stored at the gates.

Water Bottle Policy

Neyland Stadium allows fans to bring in empty, clear water bottles to stay hydrated during the game. While other beverages are not permitted, fans can fill their water bottles at the various water stations located throughout the stadium. It's important to note that only empty, clear water bottles are allowed, and they are subject to inspection upon entry.

Medically Necessary Items

Medically necessary items are allowed at Neyland Stadium but must be searched upon entry. Please note that diaper bags are not considered medically necessary items. All diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag that adheres to the clear bag policy requirements.

After the game, all lost items are transferred to the Athletic Event Management Office at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way Suite 230. You can retrieve your lost items on the Monday following each game. If you find an item that doesn't belong to you, please turn it in at the Gate 21 elevators to help it find its way back to its rightful owner.
