Xavier Bag Policy
At the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio, the Cintas Center roars with energy as the home court of the Xavier Musketeers NCAA basketball team. An integral part of the fan experience is understanding the Cintas Center bag policy, which has been implemented to enhance public safety and ensure a seamless event experience for everyone.
Cintas Center: Clear Bag Policy
Guests are allowed to bring Cintas Center-approved clear plastic bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Bags can be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. Additionally, one gallon clear plastic freezer bags (like Ziploc) are permitted.
Cintas Center Purse Policy
The Cintas Center purse policy limits the size and style of purses to improve safety and efficiency. Purses larger than a small clutch bag (4.5″ x 6.5″ or 6.5″ x 4.5″) are not allowed. It's suggested that fans stick to clear plastic purses that do not exceed the dimensions of 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
Prohibited Items
Items not permitted in the venue encompass a range of bags, starting with camera bags, often used for storing photography equipment. Cinch bags and briefcases, widely favored for their practicality, are also disallowed. Computer bags and backpacks, popular for carrying electronic devices and various items respectively, are strictly forbidden. Finally, any forms of coolers including thermos, as well as fanny packs and all kinds of luggage, are prohibited.
Exceptions and Entrance Locations
Exceptions to the bag policy are made for bags containing medical supplies or items used for childcare. Guests who need to bring these types of bags should approach the South Entrance through the double doors immediately adjacent to the Student Entrance, or the East Entrance through the double doors closest to the Ticket Office.
